Before starting ArtisTech Custom Builds, Max Bao-Dai developed his fascination for anything technology-related, especially software, by tinkering and exploring with an old laptop at an early age. He is highly motivated and enjoys learning new things as well as teaching others about computers and software. For over 7 years, Max has dealt with multiple computers and devices gaining a pile of knowledge. His goal is to make sure the company offers the best performance and service true to its customer's expectations. With a dedicated staff of hardcore enthusiasts, he works with every customer to make their dream PC a reality. He is an avid gamer and understands the technology and gaming industries both as a professional and as an enthusiast.

Zac fell in love with computers when he was 8 years old. He did everything and anything there was to do in order to learn the most he could about the industry and PC hardware. He worked to scrape together some money to build a small, budget PC to explore his fascination. From then on, building PC's was his favorite activity and hobby. He studied the manufacturing and supply chain process to understand correlations between cost and quality. At ArtisTech Custom Builds, Zac utilizes the plethora of skills gained to focus on always making sure ArtisTech Custom Builds is maintaining a focus on quality and performance.
